Ana Kristina Gasteyer was born in America. She is an artist, performer and actress. She was best known for being a regular cast member of the sketch comedy program on NBC's Saturday Night Live between 1996 and 2002. She has since starred in the sitcoms ABC's Suburgatory and TBS's People of Earth NBC's American Auto and the film Mean Girls. Gasteyer was studying in Northwestern University when she began her career as an actor. She first studied as a voice-major, then changed to theater study when she joined the university's improv team.
